Clack Creek Loop This 12km trail is great for downhill riding and since it only takes about 45 minutes to complete, many riders do it twice! To get to the trailhead, riders should turn right off Highway 101 onto Roberts Creek Road, which becomes Lockyer Road. Mount Elphinstone Loop This advanced ride can be steep at time - even experienced cyclists will have to walk their bikes at time. But once fantastic viewpoint is reached, it's all downhill (literally!). A large portion of the trail follows the Sunshine Coast Highway, making it easily accessible between Port Mellon and Roberts Creek. At 42km, this ride takes about three hours. Address: . Roberts Creek Mountain Bike Loop The Roberts Creek bike loop is carefully marked with little white bike symbols on brown signs. The trail involves steep elevation gain (800m), and is rated moderate to difficult. Bikers who accept the challenge will be rewarded with fabulous views of the Tetrahedron Range and the Strait of Georgia. The trail is 30km and takes approximately 2 hours. Brodie Trails Loop The former site of a popular bike race, this challenging 7.5km trail can be great fun for mountain biking enthusiasts. Riders can stick to the main trail, or they can explore the many sub-trails that make up this biking playground. Dakota Creek Loop This 11km intermediate ride has panoramic views of the Tetrahedron Range, Howe Sound and Dakota Creek, and takes about an hour to complete. To get to this trail, go north west on Highway 101, and turn right on the Roberts Creek Forest Service Road (RCFSR), 500m before Cliff Gilker Park.
